Fees
Typical visit fees are $305 for a new consult, and $220 for a review consult. Treatments on the day are charged separately (e.g. biopsy).
Procedure Fees
Procedure fees depend on the number and type of treatments required. The average out-of-pocket for a single surgery is $350. Multiple procedures, or more complex procedures incur a higher fee.
Bulk billing and concessions
This is a priority-access, consultant-led Dermatology service. Private fees apply.
GP referrals and Medicare rebates
No GP referral is required to access this service. If you happen to have a GP referral, Medicare rebates apply, so the final cost to you is less. See table below.
New referral to specialist

- $86.15 Medicare rebate (with valid referral)
- $218.85 Out of pocket cost to you
Full skin examination on old/existing referral
(example fee calculation*)- $265 Private Specialist Fee (payable on day of visit)
- $43.35 Medicare rebate (with valid referral)
- $221.65 Out of pocket cost to you
Routine review visit with specialist
(example fee calculation*)- $220 Private Specialist Fee (payable on day of visit)
- $43.35 Medicare Rebate (with valid referral)
- $176.65 Out of pocket cost to you
Pensioners and Health Care Card holders are eligible for a reduced rate (at the discretion of the treating Specialist)
Additional treatments on the day are charged separately (biopsy, liquid nitrogen etc.).
